Our firm's audit philosophy emphasizes service to small to moderate size clients. We strive to meet their needs through gaining an understanding of their specific operations and unique problems. Our audit will begin with a through discussion, with your personnel, regarding your organization's operations, accounting policies, procedures and systems.

 

We will use the understanding gained to plan the nature, extent and timing of our audit procedures. Our procedures will be designed to minimize disruption and inconvenience to your personnel while providing reasonable assurance that your financial statements are fairly presented in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. We will review laws, grants, and contracts applicable to your organization to insure that our reports meet the their requirements.

 

As our audit progresses we will provide periodic updates to your personnel on our progress and our audit findings. We will attempt to identify areas where you may be able to gain operational efficiencies or cost savings and communicate these ideas to your personnel on an on going basis.

 

At the conclusion of our audit we will hold an exit conference with your personnel to review the draft financial statements and our audit findings. Upon approval of the draft financial statements we will present our final audit report to your governing board.
